A few tips:
~ massaging just in front of the elbow all around the lower forearms is a good idea as it works on the muscles that move the hand and wrist. I find that these are often tight and bulging when there are issues with the hands and wrists when I work on people's arms and hands.
~Computer use, gaming, massage, and desk work that is the same thing means you use your hand in the same and similar ways. The exercise routine here is easy, and he shows it at 1 minute and 20 seconds, and then later in the video with more detail starting at 2 minutes and 49 seconds.
