I read an article on the neurohormones released via massage. The article has some information on the different ones- endorphins, dopamine, seratonin and oxytocin. Our body releases these and we feel good. I know it is true as I feel it in my own body when I receive a massage. Massage is my absolute #1 thing to bring me back into feeling good.
